JOB DETAIL

  • Workday HCM Configuration & Implementation:
    • Lead or assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.).
    • Configure business processes, security roles, reporting, and integrations within the Workday platform.
    • Work with HR business users to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday HCM.
  • System Integration:
    • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other third-party applications (such as payroll systems, finance systems, etc.).
    • Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of integration errors.
    • Work with external vendors, technical teams, and consultants to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Workday functionality.
    • Provide system enhancements and ensure new features and updates are tested and deployed appropriately.
  • User Support & Training:
    • Provide ongoing support for HR teams, business users, and system administrators.
    • Train end-users and create documentation on best practices, system use, and troubleshooting.
  • Workday Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday, leveraging Workday's reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, etc.).
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for HR reporting and analytics.
