- Ticket Management: Handle and resolve tickets in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
- Splunk: Utilize Splunk for log aggregation, monitoring, and troubleshooting incidents within the environment.
- ServiceNow: Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow, following best practices for ticket management and escalation.
- Azure: Collaborate with cloud infrastructure (Azure) to manage and monitor systems, improve performance, and resolve issues.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to enhance reliability, uptime, and performance across the infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Splunk: Proficiency in using Splunk for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- ServiceNow: Strong experience managing incidents, problems, and requests in ServiceNow.
- Azure: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Incident Management: Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents while minimizing downtime.
