JOB DETAIL

  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs, including creating custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, or middleware.
  • Maintain data integrity within Dynamics 365 by managing data imports/exports, migrations, and transformations.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for new and existing features within the CRM.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft’s latest CRM updates and new features to recommend improvements.
