The selected candidate will be reporting to the GIS Manager and may involve handling more complex aspects of GIS data and software integration, along with programming services to deliver necessary software enhancements and develop new applications.

Responsibilities may include requirements analysis, structured systems analysis and design, feasibility assessment, project planning, GIS application development and configuration, application implementation, testing, transition to production, and preparation of technical and procedural documentation.

Lead GIS Developer Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of experience with GIS platforms, with extensive expertise in Python, SQL, ESRI API programming, ArcGIS Online application suite, and Geo Server.
• Five (5) years of experience in developing and supporting customer applications on GIS platforms within an enterprise environment.

GIS Developer Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience in GIS application development and/or support, with strong skills in Python, SQL, ESRI API programming, ArcGIS Online application suite, and Geo Server.
• Three (3) years of experience with GIS platforms, specifically in developing and supporting customer applications within an enterprise environment.
• Three (3) years of experience in traceability, reporting, and analysis.
