JOB DETAIL

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Design scalable and efficient data models, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
  • Develop technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and best practices for marketing automation.
  • Oversee integration of SFMC with Salesforce CRM, external databases, web services, and other third-party platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SFMC configuration, performance, and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
  • Create and manage data extensions, customer journeys, and automation workflows within SFMC.
  • Develop and optimize email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMP script.
  • Use Salesforce Journey Builder to create and manage customer journeys and campaign automations.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and best practices in all marketing communications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to marketing campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, updates, and industry best practices.
