Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and development.

Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly).

Expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.

Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Knowledge of infrastructure technologies like cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and security.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
