- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript and ServiceNow Studio.
- Maintain and optimize CMDB configurations to ensure accurate asset management and configuration control.
- Develop access management protocols and solutions within ServiceNow to ensure secure and compliant user access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and provide ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and related integrations.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations to support change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNow’s scripting environment.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB in ServiceNow for managing IT assets and configuration items.
- Experience in Access Management to define and control access policies within ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- ServiceNow certification (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
