Model, design, and develop Informatica MDM C360 SaaS and Customer Data Lake (CDL) solutions.
Design upstream/downstream data flows, master data strategy, and data interfaces (Batch/Near Real-Time/Real-Time).
Implement data quality measures, match/merge rules, survivorship workflows, and BPM workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business users, global process owners, Data Management Group, data leads, and architecture teams to understand objectives and requirements.
Propose design solutions to streamline customer onboarding, qualification processes, and centralize customer data in a master database.
Data Modeling and Integration:
Define and design data models, including customizations to meet business needs.
Identify and integrate source systems, third-party data, and reference data for master data models.
Collaborate on data attributes and quality analysis for C360 solutions.
Legacy System Migration:
Develop strategies for data migration from legacy applications to the C360 platform.
Work with the architecture team to design dataflow strategies for customer onboarding.
Master Data Configuration:
Define a unique Global Customer ID and configure data quality, survivorship, match/merge rules, and hierarchy models.
Configure workflows in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for automated business processes.
Dataflow Development:
Design and implement inbound/outbound dataflows using CDI and CAI services for Batch/Near Real-Time/Real-Time requirements.
Configure data quality rules, and apply DaaS rule associations for validating addresses, emails, and phone numbers.
Tool Integration:
Extensive experience with C360 extensions for Salesforce and SAP.
