1. Work with stakeholders and development team to determine project scope, gather and prioritize collected requirements

2. Translate business needs into technical solutions for data management

3. Identify data sources and devise a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy

4. Develop comprehensive data architectures that support the organizations business goals using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL and other Azure data services

5. Create and maintain data models that accurately represent the data landscape, ensuring they are scalable and optimized for performance

6. Design, implement and manage databases using Azure

7. Develop and manage ETL processes using Synapse Pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow from various sources to the data warehouse

8. Understand data security best practices and implement appropriate safeguards

9. Lead the design and implementation of data warehouse and data lake

10. Fix and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and processing

11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions

12. Develop and maintain project documentation for future reference
