Needs to have a strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Should have hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other deliverables for salesforce implementations.

• Experience in Salesforce administration and other applications like financial force, learning management systems
• Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings )
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform concepts and development (Apex & Javascript languages, controllers, triggers, configuration, LWC, salesforce flows, batch processes, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs and web services).
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modes
