The ideal candidate will have prior experience in observability, with a strong understanding of how to monitor and assess the health of applications/solutions in production. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and visualizing performance data using Grafana and related tools.

Must Have:

Prior Experience in Observability: Proven experience in setting up and managing observability frameworks for applications/solutions.

Health Metrics Collection: Ability to identify and gather relevant data from applications/solutions to assess their health and performance in a production environment.

Data Processing & Visualization: Expertise in collecting and processing metrics, and using Grafana to create meaningful dashboards for monitoring application health.

Hands-on with Tools:

Primary: Grafana

Secondary: Prometheus or OpenTelemetry

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python, with a basic understanding of at least one of these languages.

Experience Level : 8-12 Years

Optional:

Experience with AppDynamics is an added advantage.
