Experience in development and implementation of ITSM and ITOM suite of applications: Incident, Change, Knowledge, Event management, Orchestration and etc.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Server and Client side Java Script
Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros and etc.
Should have strong experience on Service Catalog, workflow and flow designer
Analyze and provide solution design for functional requirements Knowledge on Service Portal design
Experience in integrating 3rd party tools with ServiceNow using Web Services
Experience on CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Knowledge on SecOps, Cloud Management and HR Service delivery (Good to have)
