- Implement automated QA validation processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

- Test the automation process thoroughly and address any issues or bugs identified during testing.

- Provide training and support to the ES team on using the new automated interface.

3. Documentation:

- Assess the existing documentation for EC3, budgeting, invoicing, and other related applications.

- Create or update documentation to fill any gaps, focusing on clarity, completeness, and usability.

- Ensure all new processes and tools developed during the project are thoroughly documented.

- Provide a comprehensive guide for users to understand and utilize the new features and processes.

- Conduct a documentation review with the business team to ensure all requirements are met.

4. Project Management & Communication:

- Maintain Azure DevOps with proper Sprints, Product Backlog Items and deliverables.

- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and any changes to the scope.

- Coordinate with IT, ES, and DEM teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.

- Prepare and present a final report summarizing the outcomes, benefits, and recommendations for future improvements.
