- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Time Tracking
- Strong proficiency in Workday Report Writing, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Configuration
- Expertise in Workday Integrations, including Core Connectors, EIBs, and Studio
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ticketing tools and SLAs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies
