  • 5+ years of SAP HCM Functional Consulting and ABAP programming experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
  • Experience with SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and BIB integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise testing and data management practices.
  • ABAP programming skills for data transformation and integration tasks.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
  • SAP Certification and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
