Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

Develop interactive and user-friendly visualizations that provide actionable insights.

Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.

Document report development processes and user guides.

Provide training and support to customer’s personnel on using Power BI reports and dashboards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create meaningful visualizations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of public safety and law enforcement data is a plus.
