Develop and configure applications using ServiceNow, and JavaScript technology

Build Workflows and write automated scripts.

Design, Development, and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.

Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.

Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications.

Collaborate with Solution teams to produce apps and solutions for App Store, sales teams, and solutions office.

Work closely with Offshore/Nearshore resources for the project delivery

Code/Design reviews for the team deliverables

Propose Productivity improvements and Value Adds
