Lead and manage SAP development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Conduct regular project meetings and communications to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and changes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and evaluate project outcomes against established objectives; implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Act as a primary point of contact for SAP project-related inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution.
