-Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.

- Develop and implement solutions using GCP, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java.

- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes and systems.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

- Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements and technical specifications.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks in project execution.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Conduct user training and support for new systems and processes.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization. 

-Qualifications:

- Possess a strong technical background in GCP, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.

- Have experience in conducting user training and support.

- Display a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

- Preferably have experience in a hybrid work model.

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Show a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

- Have experience in monitoring and evaluating system performance.

- Exhibit the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
