Able to manage a team of 10 members and resolve conflicts if any.
• Conduct daily scrum meetings and ideation sessions. Keep stakeholders apprised of project statuses and collaborate with leaders across business units to align initiatives.
• Must exhibit leadership qualities by serving the team and facilitating their self-organization
• Collect information and carrying out business intelligence for leads and opportunities and present to the senior management for implementing a successful strategy for approach.
• Deal with impediments and conflicts. Must adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to keep the team on track
• Communicate with client to fetch requirement and analyze requirements and take care of the business requirement documentation (BRD) process.
• Deliver detailed feature roadmaps that include action items and project targets.
• Develop accurate development estimates and drafted project resource plans.
• Weekly status updates to Senior Management team.
• Play as a Team Facilitator role and scheduled meetings for our weekly SoS meetings. Also responsible for creating the tasks/bugs/epics for the team members as directed by the manager.
• Effectively facilitate meetings and scrum ceremonies is vital. Scrum masters ensure these events run smoothly and focus on the intended outcomes
