4+ years of Workday integration experience.
- Preferred knowledge of core HR modules including Benefits, Performance Management, and Advanced Compensation.
- Develop and implement integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Evaluate current integrations and propose optimal solutions based on business needs and system capabilities.
- Maintain and execute current integrations with strong attention to accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance to ensure efficient data transfer.
- Design custom reports through Workday tools.
- Design, test, and deploy integrations.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure integrations are scalable and maintainable.
- Stay informed about Workday integration tools and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document integration designs and technical specifications.
- Qualifications:
- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
