• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
• Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and facilitate integration with other enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ITAM requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams to ensure effective use of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow ITAM modules.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ITAM best practices.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing ITAM processes and solutions.
