- Experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals required
- Strong experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
- Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
- Experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Understanding with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills required
