- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, MuleSoft).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and architecture for large-scale deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, impact analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning abilities.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to lead discussions.
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science, IT, or related fields.
- 7-10+ years in Salesforce development/architecture, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) highly preferred.
