Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders across telecom operations, engineering, and IT teams to understand business needs and gather requirements.

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data requirements to drive telecom projects and initiatives.

• Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for telecom systems and processes.

• Facilitate requirements review sessions with both business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance telecom operations.

• Support project management tasks such as scope definition, timeline estimation, and resource planning.

• Provide hands-on support during implementation and testing phases, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user stories.

• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end-users as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the telecom industry.

• In-depth experience with the eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) framework.

• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and systems (e.g., CRM, billing, network management).

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation using tools like MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for requirements management and progress tracking.

• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
