Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, and drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Extensive experience with Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, AWS services.
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-performance applications.
Technical Skills:
Java: Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
Angular: Expertise in Angular for building dynamic and responsive front-end applications.
Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture , service orchestration and RESTful/GRPC API design.
Database: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Security: Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF are preferred.
