JOB DETAIL

12 years of SAP PS Project Systems experience preferably S4 HANA or S4 HANA Cloud

Experience Configuring and maintaining complex project structures

Experience configuring settlement rules

Experience integrating Project Systems to Fixed Assets and to Purchasing MM

Experience satisfying reporting requirements for projects

Ability to design custom reports to meet information requirements

Experience integrating Project Systems with Investment Management Investment Management

Experience creating and support Investment Program hierarchies

Experience creating and support complex investment programs with multiple levels

Experience integrating Investment Management with Project Systems

Experience creating master and transactional data migration from legacy

Experience with mid-year go live for Project Systems

Experience with Media Industry Content accounting is a plus.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows and user manuals

Coordinate with technical team to discuss the customer requirement.

Developing the new requirement preparing the user manual with the required master data

Functional testing SIT, Regression, Defect retest

Automation Develop test scripts, batch jobs and execute as per business process and requirements

(1.) To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.

(2.) To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.

(3.) To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

(4.) To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.

(5.) To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
