• State Experience. This is critical that they have worked with state agencies.
• IF THEY DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Implementing Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP) for a government agency its not worth meeting with them.
• IDEALLY, they would also have Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance domains.
• Ask for Degree verification Documents and confirm they are comfortable quickly providing references if interviewed. Must provide contacts/references for projects within the past 10 yrs (11/25/2014 – 11/25/2024)
Required Skills/Experience:
• 7 years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
• At least 4 years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex projects.
• 3 years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects for government agencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must provide copy of diploma.
• 3 or more years of risk management experience on a project implementing or operating an EBP solution for a government agency.
• Must provide contacts/references for projects that meet the MQs/DQs within the past 10 yrs (11/25/2014 – 11/25/2024)
• 2 years 1 year of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects implementing Electronic Benefit Payments (EBP) for a government agency.
• 7 years 5 years of experience as a Senior PM successfully managing one or more large or complex projects involving Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance domains.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• 40% 50% on-site availability in West Sacramento.
