10+ Years of IT Experience.

 

● 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with 2+ end to end B2B eCommerce projects (in a consulting capacity)

● 8+ years of relevant work experience in the Salesforce Space, 2+ Years in eCommerce

Solution Architect  and (Sales cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud)

 

Once You Are Here, You Will:

● Lead projects in the Solution Architect role and focus on scaling the team’s capabilities in the B2B space

● Lead the wider B2B eCommerce implementation team to focus on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth

● Drive NTT’s clients to create content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act

● Interact with key business and IT teams, lead all implementation activities, and support the members of the development team

● Advise our clients to implement and operate the technology platforms that will enable

personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences for their channel and in-turn transforming our clients channel engagement operations into a modern, data-driven, creatively focused group

● Mentor and lead a project team by leveraging technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.

● Formulate technical solutions to address complex business needs and leverage prior artifacts and delivery assets related to B2B products to impress the client with sophisticated solution designs

● Leverage in-depth knowledge of data models, customizations, and extensions of the B2B

Architecture while managing communications across the project team.

 

Basic Qualifications:

● 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with 2+ end to end B2B eCommerce projects (in a consulting capacity)

● 8+ years of relevant work experience in the Salesforce Space, 2+ Years in eCommerce

implementation

● Strong CloudCraze and B2B Lightning configuration experience and system administration

● Strong understanding of eCommerce solution and Salesforce Commerce, Marketing and Sales clouds

● Proven experience implementing eCommerce solutions including enterprise architecture, ERP integration, robust services layer, payment providers, etc.

● Ability to guide Software Developers (code development)

● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

 

Preferred Qualifications:

● Technical skills related to Apex and other languages

● Well-versed with Salesforce security model and Communities experience

● Experience with lightning web components and how to address UI/UX requirements effectively

● Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, & tools like process builder

● Strong functional knowledge of OOTB Capabilities

● In depth understanding of CloudCraze architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations and extensions

● Ability to oversee assigned programs (i. e. conduct solution reviews) and guide team members

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to audience

● Knowledge of End to End Order Management lifecycle

● Experience with RESTful Service Architecture is a plus
