Strong knowledge of core SCM concepts and principles and an intimate understanding of current trends in this space within life sciences organizations
Proven experience of advising/engaging in transformations using relevant SCM business applications SAP in particular but also, Kinaxis, Oracle, Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, etc. or leading a program of similar nature on the customer side
Excellent customer handling skills and the ability to win customers trust and confidence based on your expertise in the supply chain
A strong Consulting approach that allows you to accurately seek the right level of information, perform appropriate analyses and then present the outcome in a easily consumable format, tailored to an Executive audience
Good experience in leading and managing teams, especially those that are geographically distributed
Uncompromising attitude towards achieving results and an infectious level of energy
