  • Microsoft server/desktop product skills, including maintenance, tuning, and security
  • Desktop/Laptop builds and support (60% of role)
  • Server and infrastructure builds and support (training provided if minimal experience)
  • Windows 2022 Server, Windows 11
  • MS Office
  • Network Infrastructure: Firewalls, Switches, Windows Servers, LAN/WAN, Cyber Security
  • Patch management with KACE
  • Familiarity with NIST 2.0 (planned rollout for 2025)
  • Security vulnerability management (log review or third-party coordination)
  • Fortinet firewall experience
  • Basic Windows Server administration (tuning, security, maintenance; in-house training provided)
