JOB DETAIL

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
  • Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives
  • Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer 360
  • Conduct regular solution reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Work with a dynamic and innovative team to achieve successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
  • Expertise in Sales, Service, and Customer 360
  • Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
