1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on building custom applications and workflows.
3. Proficiency in MERN OR MEAN stack development, including strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
4. Extensive experience with database design, optimization, and management, preferably within ServiceNow or a similar platform.
5. Demonstrated ability to build custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within ServiceNow.
6. Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
