Salesforce Administrator - essential for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform within an organization. Also responsible for supporting end-users in their use of Salesforce, troubleshooting issues, and helping to ensure the platform meets the business needs.
1. User Support & Troubleshooting:
o Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and requests from users.
o Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
o Log, track and document issues and resolutions using JIRA
2. User Management:
o Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
o Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
3. System Configuration:
o Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, triggers, validations and workflows.
o Implement and manage Salesforce features and functionalities.
4. Data Management:
o Ensure data integrity and security by managing data imports, exports, and backups.
o Perform regular data audits and cleanups.
5. Reporting and Dashboards:
o Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
o Analyze data to support business decision-making.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate with Salesforce developers for advanced troubleshooting or customization requests.
o Regularly communicate with stakeholders on support trends, user satisfaction and system updates
