Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our GEN AI projects, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including backend architecture, front-end, design, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating between IT and business units, and work closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee GEN AI projects across multiple teams.

• Facilitate clear communication among backend architecture, front-end, and design teams, as well as other stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure strategic alignment.

• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports, presenting progress to the steering committee.

• Proactively track and resolve issues as they arise.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Use project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Project for effective progress tracking.

• Adjust smoothly to shifting project priorities and timelines.

• Employ agile methodologies and sprint processes to manage the full project lifecycle.

• Identify and implement process improvements to drive project success.

• Maintain high energy and proactive engagement throughout project execution.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey project updates and requirements effectively.

• Actively identify risks and opportunities, driving projects toward timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within AI or technology-driven projects.

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and sprint methodologies.

• Effective leadership skills with a strong ability to drive cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities.
