JOB DETAIL

  • Provide technical support for Workday applications, including report creation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in generated reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and propose solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, providing training, guidance, and support on Workday functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality support and reporting solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence in Workday support and reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
