Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
Experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals required
Strong experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
Experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Understanding with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills required
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization required
Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization
High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative, ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned
Prior healthcare industry experience
Understanding of healthcare enterprise systems
Exp with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components (config, queries/reports, data integration)
