- Contractor Personnel will assume the current duties of the Financial Administrators or section supervisors within the various sections of Financial Management Services including Disbursements, Revenue and FinancialReporting.
- Oversee the integration of Florida PALM into the departments financial operations.
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of existing financial systems and processes to determine compatibility with Florida PALM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for the new system.
- Analyze financial data to plan and execute a seamless migration to Florida PALM, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
- Design and implement integrations between Florida PALM and other financial systems, including the development of data warehouses as needed.
- Customize Florida PALM to meet the departments specific financial needs and processes.
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip staff with the skills to effectively utilize Florida PALM.
