Solution Design & Architecture:
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce platform-based implementations, integrating with external systems as needed.
Develop architectural blueprints and roadmap strategies to achieve a high-performing, low-maintenance system.
Salesforce Best Practices:
Apply deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, rules, and limitations to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices in security, governance, data management, and custom development.
Implementation Oversight:
Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership during Salesforce implementations, ensuring the system aligns with business goals.
Guide developers, administrators, and implementation teams on key architectural decisions.
Manage and review the execution of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Salesforce updates and continuously look for opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Mentoring & Leadership:
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the internal team and external partners.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
