To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, with some hands-on experience preferred.
- Experience with Tableau and configuring embedded dashboards in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with the AI landscape and concepts, including Salesforce offerings such as Agentforce.
- Proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, Web Services, LWC, and SOQL.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies strongly preferred.
- Ability to write clear and effective technical requirements and documentation.
