JOB DETAIL

  • Solid hands-on experience in Source to Settle (S2S) processes, e.g., Material Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing
  • Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis
  • Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management
  • Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
  • Partners closely with business partners, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery
  • Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
  • Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
    • Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
    • Design (Blueprint and Spec)
    • Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
    • Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
    • Training/Documentation
    • Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
    • Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Provide end user support during hyper care
  • Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers
