1. Guidewire Policy Center (GW PC): Extensive hands-on experience, especially in implementation for different policy types (Personal, Auto, Dwelling).
2. Earnix and Rating: Strong expertise in Earnix and Rating modules for developing pricing strategies and conducting rate studies.
3. Guidewire Cloud (APD): Proficiency with Guidewire Cloud (Advanced Product Designer) to manage product updates, integrations, and cloud configurations.

Preferred Experience

• Platform Stabilization: Skills in stabilizing and preparing Guidewire platforms for upgrades, with a focus on rating and billing.
• Complex Integrations: Ability to handle complex integrations, data mapping, and source-to-target mapping.
• Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Understanding of NFRs to ensure platform performance and stability.
• Datadog Dashboard: Experience implementing and using Datadog for monitoring and analytics.

Soft Skills

• Leadership: Ability to act as a tech lead, overseeing development, providing guidance, and ensuring project alignment.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex pricing and data mapping tasks.
