- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Power BI
dashboards integrating data from JIRA, ServiceNow, and Guidewire.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to
define, refine, and validate key metrics and SLAs to ensure the dashboards meet
business objectives.
- Data Modeling: Create and manage data models within Power BI to support complex
calculations and ensure accuracy.
- Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from JIRA, ServiceNow,
Guidewire, and other sources into Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Metrics and SLAs: Develop and implement dashboards that track business-critical
metrics and SLAs, providing clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability,
ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
- Automation and Scheduling: Set up automated processes for data refresh and
scheduling to ensure up-to-date reports.
- Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide
training to stakeholders, ensuring effective usage of the dashboards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in
dashboard design and Power BI development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, with a portfolio of building advanced
dashboards for business insights.

- Proven experience integrating data from JIRA, ServiceNow, and Guidewire, or similar
platforms.
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query for complex calculations and data
transformations.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL techniques for effective data integration.
- Experience working with KPIs, metrics, and SLAs in an IT operations or project
management context.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and
Azure SQL Database.
- Excellent data visualization skills, with an eye for building visually compelling and
intuitive dashboards.
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Good to have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics tools within Power BI.
- Power BI or Azure certifications are a plus.
