JOB DETAIL

  • Minimum 7 years of IT Experience in Ab Initio
  • Lead the upgrade of Ab Initio from version 3.0 to 4.1, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Drive the migration of on-premises systems to AWS, aligning with cloud architecture best practices.
  • Oversee and manage the Ab Initio CAIP component, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring high standards of code quality and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards, particularly in the AWS environment.
  • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and scalability.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio, including deep knowledge of the CAIP component.
  • Proven experience in upgrading Ab Initio from earlier versions to newer versions.
  • Strong expertise in cloud migration, particularly migrating on-premises applications to AWS.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation within AWS environments.
  • Ability to manage and lead a technical team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
