- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce platform-based implementations, integrating with external systems as needed.
- Develop architectural blueprints and roadmap strategies to achieve a high-performing, low-maintenance system.
- Salesforce Best Practices:
- Apply deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, rules, and limitations to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
- Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices in security, governance, data management, and custom development.
- Implementation Oversight:
- Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership during Salesforce implementations, ensuring the system aligns with business goals.
- Guide developers, administrators, and implementation teams on key architectural decisions.
- Manage and review the execution of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and continuously look for opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Mentoring & Leadership:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the internal team and external partners.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
