•    Mandatory requirement – Microsoft Azure DevOps Services ADO, manage user stories, ability to assess the conversations and follow through the flow of technical/engineering discussions, understand and drive scopes with the help of Eng teams, define success criteria’s based on the discussions this PM participates, standard PM documentations 
•    Scope Management, Use Cases and User Stories, and Application Architecture Design with Expert proficiency, as well as API Design with Advanced proficiency, are recommended.

Overview::
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service.

You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.

Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:  
•    Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes 
•    Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery 
•    Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables 
Qualifications:  
•    Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of exp as a Technical PM 
•    Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. 
•    Azure DevOps, Scope Management, Use Cases and User Stories, and Application Architecture Design with Expert proficiency, as well as API Design with Advanced proficiency, are recommended. 
•    Mandatory requirement – ADO, manage user stories, ability to assess the conversations and follow through the flow of technical/engineering discussions, understand and drive scopes with the help of Eng teams, define success criteria’s based on the discussions this PM participates, standard PM documentations 
•    Good to have – basic idea about – API’s, technical services, Microservices, GenAI (Prompt Eng) etc.. this is mostly to have the person follow the technical discussions and articulate where needed and update documentation / user stories etc
