•    Solution Design & Architecture: 
o    Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
o    Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce platform-based implementations, integrating with external systems as needed.
o    Develop architectural blueprints and roadmap strategies to achieve a high-performing, low-maintenance system.
•    Salesforce Best Practices: 
o    Apply deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, rules, and limitations to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
o    Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices in security, governance, data management, and custom development.
•    Implementation Oversight: 
o    Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership during Salesforce implementations, ensuring the system aligns with business goals.
o    Guide developers, administrators, and implementation teams on key architectural decisions.
o    Manage and review the execution of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: 
o    Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
o    Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
•    Continuous Improvement: 
o    Stay current with Salesforce updates and continuously look for opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
o    Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
•    Mentoring & Leadership: 
o    Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the internal team and external partners.
o    Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.                                                                                          
Qualifications:
•    Experience: 
o    5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
o    Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
o    Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
o    Strong background in Salesforce integration with third-party applications and legacy systems.
•    Technical Skills: 
o    Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and security best practices.
o    Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
o    Proficiency in data modeling, workflows, validation rules, and automation within Salesforce.
o    Experience with Salesforce API integration and tools like Mulesoft, Heroku, or other middleware platforms.
•    Certifications: 
o    Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) preferred.
•    Soft Skills: 
o    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o    A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
