Experience in monitoring the alerts and troubleshooting the issues using Grafana, Azure Metrics, Kusto Functions and LogicApps
Familiarity with the Azure Cloud ecosystem using AZ firewall, Traffic manager, VNet
Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
Incidence management and root cause analysis
Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2/L3 technical support
Experience in ticketing processing using JIRA, ADO
Excellent communication abilities in English communication skill, in written and oral.
