1. Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, leveraging MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) OR MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) stack technologies.
2. Design and implement custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications.
4. Perform database design, optimization, and management tasks to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within ServiceNow.
5. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing RESTful APIs and other integration techniques.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
