Three or more years of SSIS-based ETL development in a production data warehouse Ability to work effectively with both technical resources and non-technical business stakeholders Ability to develop type-2 slowly changing dimensions Ability to develop SSIS-based change data capture and incremental loading of data Three or more years of experience developing ETL for dimensional models Three or more years of experience with SQL/TSQL Three or more years of SQL Server Database Administration skills: performance tuning, backup/recovery, table refreshes, indexing, table partitioning, etc Strong communication skills Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
